About our apartment in Cannes
“We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in the apartment. It is beautifully decorated and furnished and was spotlessly clean. It is situated in an old building but the bathrooms are modern with good water pressure for the shower. There is a hand held, as well as overhead shower. The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave/oven, washer/dryer and a Nespresso machine. The location is fantastic being about 2 minutes walk from the beach, Palais des Congres and shopping of Rue d'Antibes.”
“Very beautiful apartment perfectly located in centre of Cannes close to everything! Service from the owners is outstanding!”
“Super delux apt with everything there, really nice interior decoration, very comfy beds, fantastic tv and soundsystem with a lot if chanels, good heating for winter use, isolated windows with low noice, and even a long balcony at the back to put your luggage on, lots of kitchen appliances. Can warmly recomend.”
“You have a beautiful apartment here in Cannes. By far the loveliest of all the apartments we rent here for the Film Festival.”
The refurbishment of San Maurizio, 2726 San Marco could not have been achieved without the dedication and care of our architects Marco Ballarin and Nicola Russolo of babau bureau, Venice. They were patient and tolerant throughout the whole three year journey and we could not have done it without them.
