The apartment is situated in the heart of the Carre d'Or just behind the Majestic Hotel, a stones throw from the Palais de Festival. Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, the apartment is on the second floor of this delightful 1930's bourgeois building.
The beautifully proportioned high ceilinged living room is wonderfully light and airy due to the full height windows that floods the room with light. There is ample seating in the sitting room and a dining area for six.
The three bedrooms are all of a good size. The particularly large master bedroom has an emperor (2 metres by 2 metres) bed or alternatively can be set up as two singles. The other two rooms both have super king beds which can be made up as two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the rear north facing balcony. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite loo.
All the rooms feature Hypnos beds, the most comfortable beds in the world. Hypnos hold the Royal Warrant in the United Kingdom for supplying mattresses and divans to the British Royal family. There is one goose down and one duck down pillow for each guest.
There is one bathroom, one shower room and one further loo(WC).

We installed a fabulous €45,000 Siematic kitchen. Using Miele and Neff appliances, Quartz worktops and the fabulous SieMatic cabinets, this is a truly fabulous kitchen, which has greatly enhanced the enjoyment of the apartment for our guests.
There is a Sonos system throughout the apartment.
